If I desire to change any of my observations of items within my home covered under this warranty or any other warranty, including the original manufacturers warranty, I will notify immediately in writing within thirty (30) days of having received this 1st Year Anniversary Checklist

    I hereby certify that the above statements are true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that a false statement, negligence, or wrongdoing may disqualify me from coverage. In the event of disqualification of coverage, I acknowledge and understand that any future issues arising from, pertaining to, or in connection with items that were originally covered under this warranty shall not be the responsibility of Dynamic Home Repair.

I also understand that any false statements or deliberate omissions on this form may subject me to cancellation of my warranty, legal actions, or other appropriate measures for fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • What To Expect During The 1st Year.

  • Congratulations on owning your home for a full year! Now that you have one year of homeownership under your belt, its time to look around and make sure everything is operating and working as it should. Remember, home ownership does require maintenance from you but don't worry, it's not too difficult and we are here to help walk you through it.

    During your 1st year What should you expect? If you are experiencing an issue within your home, you should: First, identify exactly what the issue is. Second, notify the dealership about the issue and make sure to follow up to get it resolved. Third, if the dealer does not resolve it we will call the factory who will either assign a work order or authorize us to send to handle the repair and send a tech. Last, once its resolved, complete our form to confirm that the item has been repaired.
