Congratulations on owning your home for a full year! Now that you have one year of homeownership under your belt, its time to look around and make sure everything is operating and working as it should. What should you expect? If you are experiencing an issue within your home, you should:
First, identify exactly what the issue is.
Second, notify the dealership about the issue and make sure to follow up to get it resolved.
Third, if the dealer does not resolve it we will call the factory who will either assign a work order or authorize us to send to handle the repair and send a tech. Last, once its resolved, complete our form to confirm that the item has been repaired.
